Pettable Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 

1. How The Program Works

The Pettable Referral Program allows you to refer friends to Pettable. A successful referral is when a friend, referred by you, makes a qualifying purchase of Pettable services, such as an emotional support letter, psychiatric service dog training, or online dog training. Upon their first purchase, both you and your friend will receive rewards.

 

2. A Referral Is

A successful referral occurs when your referred friend completes a qualifying purchase of Pettable services. Referrals are counted once the purchase is made and not canceled or disputed.

 

3. Rewards And Offers

Upon a completed referral, you will receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card, and your friend will enjoy a $20 discount applied at checkout.

 

4. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers

Rewards will be issued upon the completion of a successful referral, where your friend makes a qualifying purchase. Please note that we may monitor your use of the Referral Program and may request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards.

 

5. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Pettable’s Privacy Policy, available at https://pettable.com/privacy-policy. Pettable is responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

 

6. General

6.1. These Referral Terms are published by Pettable (“we”, “us”, and “our”). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our Referral Program as displayed on our Website (https://pettable.com/) and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.

6.2. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, and colleagues to participate in the Referral Program.

 

7. Completed Referrals and Limit

7.1. A Completed Referral is when a Referring User successfully refers a contact, and that contact completes a qualifying purchase of Pettable services such as an emotional support letter, psychiatric service dog training, or online dog training.

7.2. A limit to the number of referrals by Referring Users may apply, and we reserve the right to specify a maximum number of Completed Referrals eligible for program benefits.

7.3. All referred individuals must be new and first-time users.

7.4. You must ensure that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.

 

8. Restrictions

8.1. This Program cannot be combined with other Pettable referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits, or incentives.

8.2. By participating in the Referral Program, you subscribe to receiving marketing communications from Pettable.

8.3. You must not use bothersome referral methods or violate any applicable laws, including anti-Spam legislation.

8.4. The Referral Program must not be promoted on sites or platforms that involve Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities.

8.5. Referrals must only be made to known individuals and for personal use, not commercial purposes.

 

9. Term and Termination

9.1. The Referral Program will run until the announced date, with the possibility of extension or restriction.

9.2. Referrals made before the end of the program will be eligible, but referrals made after its termination date may be excluded.

9.3. Pettable reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time, including the participant's eligibility for benefits.

 

10. Exclusive Relationship

10.1. Participants are users of Pettable services/products and must not imply any other affiliation or legal relationship.

10.2. Participants must not create materials containing Pettable's branding or trademarks.

 

11. Privacy and Information

11.1. Participants must respect the privacy rights of individuals invited to the Referral Program.

11.2. When referring others, participants must inform them of the terms, conditions, and privacy policy before participation.

 

12. Amendments

Pettable may amend the Referral Program terms, offer additional incentives, or restrict benefits. Participants are responsible for being aware of these changes.

 

13. Violations and Termination

13.1. Pettable may cancel benefits in case of suspected violations, tampering, fraud, or unreasonable use of the Referral Program.

13.2. Current or former employees, contractors, or affiliates may face restrictions or immediate cancellation of participation.

 

14. Disclaimer and Indemnification

14.1. The Referral Program and its benefits are provided on an "as is" basis. Pettable disclaims responsibility for any incorrect information.

14.2. Participants defend, indemnify, and hold Pettable harmless from any claims arising from their participation.

 

15. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds

Regarding benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Pettable does not respond to complaints, disputes, or offer refunds for benefits provided "as is."

 

16. Applicable Law

The law of Pettable's residence applies, and the competent court in that country will hear any claims arising from these terms.
